The Certified Service Desk 2018 Administrator exam certifies you have the proven ability and experience to successfully administer and design the Service Desk system. Those wishing to take the exam should have attended the Service Desk 2018 Administration course. Alternatively, you should have at least six months experience (or equivalent knowledge) using Service Desk 2018.

The exam consists of 75 questions that must be completed in 90 minutes.
Questions are multiple choice, multiple answer, and true or false.
You must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass the exam.


By completing/passing this course, you will attain the certificate Certified Service Desk 2017 Administrator (English)

I don't believe the coursework Blended Learning Admin 1-5/5 was at all designed with preparing for this test. Not in the least.

Cancellation Policy

Ivanti reserves the right to cancel a course by giving notice of such cancellation at least 7 days (one week) before the scheduled start date. If a course is ever cancelled, you will be notified by email.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before the first day of class.

Credit Policy

Cancellation 2 weeks or more prior to class start date - 100% credit towards future class, cancellation 1 week prior to class start date - 50% credit towards future class, cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to class start date - 0% credit towards future class.
